Approach
Behind the Work
This page is a look at how I approach marketing beyond the final results. It reflects how I think, what I’ve learned, and how I turn data into decisions.
How I think about Marketing:
I approach marketing as a balance between data and human behavior. While metrics help understand what is happening, the real value comes from understanding why it’s happening and how it connects to business outcomes.
When analyzing a campaign or a strategy, I focus on asking the right questions first. What problem are we trying to solve? Who is the audience? What behavior are we trying to influence? From there, I use data to identify patterns, uncover insights, and translate them into clear, actionable recommendations.
To me, effective marketing isn’t just about optimizing performance, it’s about making informed decisions that drive meaningful impact.
My Approach:
→ Data
→ Insight
→ Action
→ Impact
I typically think through marketing problems using a simple framework:
-
Data: Understand what is happening through performance metrics and trends
-
Insight: Identify why it’s happening and what it means
-
Action: Translate findings into clear, strategic decisions
-
Impact: Measure results and refine the approach
This helps me stay focused not just on analysis, but on outcomes.
What I Focus On
When working on marketing analysis and strategy, I try to keep a few things in mind:
-
Asking the right questions before jumping into the data
-
Focusing on the metrics that actually impact performance
-
Keeping insights simple, clear, and actionable
-
Connecting marketing performance to real business outcomes
What I've Learned
Through my coursework and internship experience, I’ve learned that:
-
Data is only valuable if it can be clearly communicated
-
Small optimizations can drive meaningful results over time
-
Understanding the audience matters more than increasing spend
-
The best insights are often the simplest ones
Putting it Into Practice
In my experience working on campaign analysis and performance reporting, I’ve seen how small, data-driven decisions can make a big difference.
For example, while analyzing campaign performance, I identified that refining audience targeting led to stronger conversion rates without increasing budget. Instead of focusing on spend, the strategy shifted toward better segmentation and optimization, resulting in more efficient performance.
Experiences like this have shaped how I approach marketing, focusing less on volume and more on precision and impact.
Beyond the Work
Outside of work, I enjoy painting, which has helped me develop a creative mindset and attention to detail. It’s also a way for me to think more freely and approach ideas from different perspectives.
Growing up in Argentina has shaped how I think about different audiences and cultural nuances, something I bring into my approach to marketing and consumer insights. It’s made me more aware of how context influences behavior, and how important it is to adapt strategies to different markets.
I also enjoy reading and staying curious about trends in marketing and consumer behavior, which helps me continuously learn and refine how I approach problems.
